Lending Point and Lending Point can't tell you who they are.

You call their phone number and get an
off shore call center and they can't tell you
who they are, who's their parent company,
or who owns them. If you press the representative
they become nervous and refuse to supply basic information.

There is no fictitious name statement on file anywhere.

They have a P.O. Box in San Diego, California
and a Google search shows several
others using the same Box number.
